With 10 years under its belt, Oinoscent on Voulis Street in Syntagma looks fresher than ever. It recently expanded into the space next door, and now has the feel of a wine bistro, where you can enjoy excellent dishes from its renewed menu.

In its cellar you can find more than 700 labels from all over the world, which you can also buy to take out. The Oinoscent team often organizes producer presentations and themed wine tastings, but you should register quickly because they sell out quickly.

You may remember him serving you at Oinoscent where he worked for several years before opening his own beautiful place in Koukaki.

The reason for Michalis Papatsimbas, who in his now very own wine bar is always willing to serve you by answering any questions you may have about wine. The decoration of the space has been taken care of by him himself, using in an imaginative way wooden boxes and barrels for lighting and flower pots. As soon as you enter the shop, you will see the impressive glass cellar-conservator of Materia Prima in which the wines are classified by variety or country of origin. Do not hesitate to enter to choose the wine you want to drink there, accompanying it with unique dishes in which of course the ''Prime Material'' plays a dominant role.

It's the pulse of the area's nightlife (and evening life) as it serves amazing coffee, a sophisticated wine selection, and delicious, creative food.

Its list covers even the most demanding tastes, as you will find wines from Greek vineyards to French Premier and Grand cru, magnum bottles and sparkling wines from various regions of the world. The industrial and simple interior decoration perfectly matches the musical choices of the DJs it hosts and the relaxed mood of both the staff and the patrons.

As if it were taken from a beautiful Parisian dream, Heteroclito, located on the pedestrian street of Petraki, opposite the church of the Metropolis, gives a cosmopolitan aroma to your outings. This aura may be due to the numerous trips around the world that Madeleine and Dimitris have made, tasting wines and exchanging opinions with notable people of wine but also of Madeleine's French origin. At its beautiful bar, made of Indian marble, you can relax and chat while listening to unique music.

In its very careful list, which is renewed every month, you will find rare wines from Greek or international vineyards, debut labels and old vintages, with an emphasis on organic and biodynamic crops as well as natural winemaking.

At the roof garden of the stylish hotel in Monastiraki you will enjoy your wine accompanied by the most magnificent view of the city. Stretching out your hand you think you will catch the Acropolis and Plaka, while even on hot summer days you will probably need a jacket from the coolness.

In its renewed list you will find wines from Greek and international vineyards which you can ideally combine with one of the chef's imaginative creations. Its cellar was recently expanded and is capable of housing 2,500 bottles in the most suitable conditions for storing and aging wine.
